Please mail or email* an application packet with the following materials directly to the Hamilton Arts Collective:

 

All work submitted on CD must have files labeled with their last name, first initial and slide number in the following format: smith_a_01.jpg, smith_a_02.jpg, etc.

*Applicants may also submit their applications via email.  All emailed submissions may be addressed to allyson@hamiltonarts.org and should include all the application materials (including work samples) as attachments. Please label all attachments with the applicant’s last name and first initial in the following format: smith_a_statement.doc, smith_a_cv.doc, etc.  Any files too big to send as attachments, such as music or video files, may be uploaded to www.wetransfer.com (make sure to use allyson@hamiltonarts.org for the “friend’s email” field and include your full name in the “message” field).  Alternatively, if your videos or music are available on sites such as youtube, vimeo or myspace, you may send us a link instead of uploading a file. 

Applications will be accepted between May 1st and May 31st. The postmark deadline for all applications is Tuesday, May 31, 2011. No late submissions or incomplete submissions will be considered. 
Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by phone or email by July 1.

All applications will be reviewed by a panel of artists, HAC board members and Hamilton community organizers.
